General Information
All prices are in Euro, per person including half board and depending on the period per day or per week including service and VAT of currently 10%.
The local tax is not included in the room / suite price and is € 3.40 per person per day. Children and teenagers under 14 are exempt. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately in the invoice.
Single room rates: available on request.
Reductions in extra bed: 0-3 years 50%, 3-6 years 40%, from 6 years onwards 30%. In the additional room of the family suite 40%.
Pets: are not allowed
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms / suites are generally ready for occupancy from 2 pm onwards.
On the day of departure, we ask you to release the rooms / suites within 10.00 o'clock
General booking and cancellation conditions
- Only written bookings followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount (Italian "caparra confirmatoria") are binding on us.
- The pictured photos and floor plans of the rooms / suites are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.
- Room numbers and floor cannot be confirmed.
- Prices may be adapted in case a general increase in the cost of living should occur.
Cancellation policy, late arrival, early departure
The deposit paid at the time of booking (Italian "caparra confirmatoria") will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For short-term cancellations from 1 to 7 days before date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked stay applies. For cancellations on the arrival day or “no show”, we apply a cancellation fee of 75%. In case of late arrival or early departure, the price of the reservation confirmation applies.
Travel cancellation insurance
Please do not forget to think about the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. Occasionally, something can happen before the start for a travel. With our travel cancellation insurance, you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”'s travel insurance. We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of Euro 4.999,00.-.
